FredJo Clothing ("we") collects the information you submit through the No Apologies Club Creators Hub to evaluate collaboration opportunities, manage ambassador relationships, and send related marketing communications when you consent.

Data stored includes your identity, contact details, social profiles, audience information, and application answers. We sync consented profiles to our email platform (Klaviyo) and may create personal Shopify discount codes for approved ambassadors.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting hello@fredjoclothing.com. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest in operating a creator partnership program.

Data is retained while your application or partnership is active, then deleted or anonymized on request or when no longer needed.
