The No Apologies Club is a creators and ambassadors program. Submitting an application does not create a partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship. Acceptance is at FredJo’s sole discretion.

Approved participants may receive a personal discount code, access to an ambassador portal, and — where applicable — commission on attributed sales. Additional written agreements may supplement these Terms for specific collaborations.

You must provide accurate contact, social, and audience information. You represent that you have the right to share any handles, links, or audience data included in your application.

You must be legally able to receive payments in your country of residence and to comply with applicable tax and advertising disclosure rules when promoting FredJo.

Approved ambassadors may receive a personal discount code (for example a percentage off for their audience). Codes are personal, non-transferable without written approval, and must be used under brand guidelines.

FredJo may modify, pause, or revoke a code at any time for abuse, brand risk, inactivity, or operational reasons.

Unless a different rate is confirmed in writing for your account, the standard commission rate is 10% (ten percent) of Qualifying Sales attributed to your personal discount code.

“Qualifying Sales” means completed, paid orders tracked to your code, after discounts, and excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards, cancelled orders, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent or self-purchase orders as reasonably determined by FredJo.

Estimated commission shown in the portal is indicative only and does not constitute a final payout statement.

Commissions are paid via PayPal or another payout platform designated by FredJo. You must provide a valid payout account in your own name (or a business account you control) when requested.

Payouts are processed on a periodic basis (typically monthly) for commissions that have cleared after returns and cancellations. FredJo may set a minimum payout threshold (for example USD $50); balances below the threshold roll forward.

You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to commissions or gifts you receive. FredJo may request invoices or tax information where required.

FredJo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect payout details, restricted accounts, or third-party payment providers.

FredJo reserves the sole right to decide whether to send products, samples, gifting, or other benefits to ambassadors, creators, or applicants — and may decline to send products at any time, with or without stating a reason.

Gifting, if offered, does not guarantee commission, ongoing collaboration, or social posting obligations unless separately agreed in writing. Gifted products remain subject to brand and content guidelines when featured publicly.

Preferred collaboration models selected in your application (commission only, commission + gifting, gifting only) are preferences only; they do not bind FredJo.

When promoting FredJo, you must clearly disclose material connections as required by law (for example affiliate / gifted / paid disclosures).

You grant FredJo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, and adapt content you create featuring FredJo products for brand marketing, with credit where reasonably practical.

You may not make false claims about products, pricing, or the Club, or use FredJo trademarks in a way that suggests employment by or exclusive endorsement of FredJo beyond the program.

FredJo may suspend or terminate your participation, codes, portal access, and unpaid non-vested commissions for breach of these Terms, brand damage, fraud, inactivity, or at its reasonable discretion for program integrity.

You may leave the program by emailing us. Outstanding cleared commissions owed under these Terms will be paid according to the normal payout cycle, unless withheld for suspected fraud or chargebacks.

The Club platform and portal are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FredJo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, tracking gaps, or third-party platforms (Shopify, PayPal, Klaviyo, social networks).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

FredJo may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice in the Club. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
