Submitting an application to the No Apologies Club does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of FredJo Clothing.

Approved ambassadors receive a personal discount code for use under brand guidelines. Commission structures, gifting, and collaboration terms are confirmed separately in writing.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any social handles or audience data included in your application.

FredJo Clothing may update these terms. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
